Clayton Spruill has proudly served as the Assistant Principal of Indian River High School and the Principal of Chesapeake Juvenile Services.

Clayton Spruill led the fight to allow at risk students and other juveniles to obtain their GED and attend college courses while incarcerated.

Clayton Spruill will make our schools the best they can be and support teachers, students and parents.

Clayton Spruill will work closely with law enforcement, first responders and neighborhood leaders creating partnerships to keep our communities safe.
